We make every effort to make our deliveries within 3-5 hours of the time of order. However, this is not a guaranteed time window and some deliveries may take longer. Please note that our delivery routes can extend past our business hours. For rush delivery or specific delivery time, please call the store at (713)840-9191 after you have placed your order.

If nobody is home to accept the delivery, it’s our policy to leave it at the doorstep. If we are unable to leave it at the doorstep and a second delivery is required, an additional delivery fee will be charged.

All flowers are not available year-round. We’ll do our best to provide flowers and colors similar to those pictured. Value size and design will always be present. We do guarantee our flowers and plants for 48 hours . For more info please click the terms link below.
