Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy on hard goods, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, excluding fresh flowers. Our fresh flower guaranteed is 3 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

All refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the company. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for the return to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank.


The fastest way to ensure your exchange is to contact us by phone regarding your item. If the exchange is accepted, you will return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find the item to be defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Fresh flowers have a 3-day guarantee, no exceptions.


Non-returnable items / Final sale
Herbs, flowers, plants and topiaries cannot be returned. Sale items and personal care goods such as lip balms and hand creams are final sale.
